Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or canceled session, and the appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time. Deposits are nonrefundable for no-shows and late cancellations.
Rescheduling Policy: Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date one time. After the first reschedule, a new deposit is required to secure another appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.
